Take meat out the night before to defrost.
Place meat in the marinade the morning of.
Cook on the stove top until meat is no longer pink and most of the marinade is gone.
Serve on tortillas with avocado, cheese and lime.
Serve with corn and Orange Soda
Marinade Recipe (I use half)
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 limes, juiced
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
