Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs boneless meat
3 T. flour
1 ½ t. salt
¾ t. paprika
3 T. butter
2 T. tomato paste
½ t. Worcestershire sauce
¼ t. dry mustard
10 oz. 7-up or Sprite
1 cup thick sour cream
6 oz. noodles cooked
- Coat meat with mixture of flour, salt and paprika.
- Melt butter. Add meat and brown.
- Stir mixture of tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and dry mustard into skillet. Mix in 7-up. Cover and cook until meat is tender. (approx 1 hour)
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream in small amounts.
- Return to heat and cook, stirring constantly. 1-2 minutes do not boil.
- Serve over cooked noodles.
